The sun, fountain of live, is the logo of our company Safari
del Sol. The Celtic sun that is represented in our logo symbolizes the warmth
and the light which makes the figures around it move onward. For the Celts
everything was influenced by the sun, as it is in Andalucía today.
Benahavis is probably one of the best kept secrets of the Costa del Sol and that
is why we are happy to provide you with an experienced guide to fully enjoy this natural
paradise with its mountains and valleys and therefore great excursions and even
better views. Located on the Southern face of the Serrania
de Ronda mountain range, Benahavis is the most mountainous village on the
western Costa del Sol. Its terrain is traversed by the rivers Guadalmina,
Guadaiza and Guadalmanza. |

Your
guide : MARCO
I have been
more or less all over the world ( Asia, Africa,
the Americas from Tierra del Fuego to Alaska and
plenty of islands ) either on foot or with a
jeep, and when I arrived in Benahavis, I saw the
chance to start a jeep-safari and trekking
company which was something I have had in mind
since guiding on the Maya-trail.
I lived in Belgium and Arizona, got my tourist
guide diploma in Amsterdam and did literally
hundreds of jeep-safaris from the Sinai desert
over the Sunda Islands in the Pacific to the
wide plains of Africa.
I speak fluent English, Dutch and German and get
by in Spanish, but that will improve drastically
over the next months.
And now there is Benahavis!!!!!
